The best way to build muscle and burn fat is to exercise and give your body the nutrients it needs! Everything in your body is built up of proteins – so its important to include them in your diet in the best possible ways. You want to balance out your nutritional intake because carbohydrates and fats are also extremely beneficial in the muscle building and recovery process. Make sure you are eating a balanced diet of whole foods – fruits, veggies, legumes, whole grains – and its not bad to include modest portions of animal based sources of all these nutrients and stay away from anything boxed and processed! Give yourself adequate time to rest and recover after a work out and go at your own speed and try new things. Enlist the help of a friend or a personal trainer who can guide you through the process of building muscle and strength!
