We cannot stop aging. Can we? ‘No’ is the obvious answer but what we can do is slow down the process of aging. There are two aspects to prevent ageing for longer. 1. taking good care of your body and 2. Making certain changes in lifestyle. Slowing down the aging process needs a great resolve and will power to take such steps that might not be very convenient or compatible with our present lifestyle. However, if you want to delay aging, you must work upon your body. After all, you are about to challenge nature by endeavoring to slow down your aging process!

Heart and blood vessels are the foundation pillars of your health and to prevent aging you must take good care of these two. This will definitely need various lifestyle changes. Avoid unhealthy trans fatty acids, cholesterol and saturated fats. These mean minimizing the fried and junk food. Eat fiber rich foods to reduce cholesterol levels in blood. Have enough folate (a water-soluble B vitamin) as it reduces those substances in body which are responsible for heart diseases. Eat less salt to slow down your blood pressure.
